Life Unlimited Support Services is an organisation providing supports to individuals, their families and carers in the disability and aged care sectors.
We treat each person exclusively and provide support to enable independence and goal achievement. Our aim is to deliver a quality, caring service, tailored to suit you.

We will coordinate your support services to suit your personal needs so that you can participate in your community, live independently in the comfort of your own home and within your NDIS budget. Our support workers are both trustworthy and sensitive to your needs and are qualified to NDIS standards.
Assistance with shopping, cleaning, laundry, cooking, household tasks, bills, budgeting and banking.
Assistance with travel in the community.
Attending group activities, a concert, meeting friends for a meal, church.
Assist With Appointments
Medical, dental, counselling, legal, mental health, Centre Link
Assistance with tasks such as showering and Education around first aid and emergency and safety skills.
Sailing, movies, library, dance groups, concerts, group outings, singing, painting, craft activities, Gym, swimming, riding for the disabled, organising a holiday or bus trips
Home Maintenance & Modification
Installation of hand rails, taps, ramps, repairs.
Movies, bingo, clubs, craft, music, art, the show, sail-ability
Transition To Work Program
Job seeking skills, volunteering, retail, community.
Phone, Ipad and computer training or help.
Voluntary work, tidy towns, Vinnies, retail, community gardens.
Help with the implementation of assigned physical programs – Gym or physio exercises.
We aim to reduce the barriers participants may face and we will provide guidance on entering and exiting our services.
Participants can contact Life Unlimited to discuss their requirements for service.
We can help you through the process of getting started on your service needs from the inception of:
- “Getting you ready for your planning conversation” – ndis.gov.au
- “How to get ready to make my first NDIS plan” – ndis.gov.au
- “Access request form” Available via contacting the NDIS. Phone 1800 800 110
- The Local Area Coordinator will get in contact with you once your initial completed documentation has been received by them.
- “Developing your first plan” ndis.gov.au.
- This is established through your Coordinator of Supports.
Then, put your Plan into action. You can request Life Unlimited to be your preferred provider of services.
